SHINGLES & SURFACE
Flexibility, granule loss, cracked tabs, missing shingles and visible aging.
ROOF MAXX OF WILMINGTON, NC
Roof Maxx is a safe, easy, proven and affordable alternative to a complicated, expensive and life-disrupting asphalt roof replacement.
Not every roof qualifies. We assess the roof first and tell you whether to maintain, restore or replace.

ROOF MAXX
An aging roof can lead to much more than worn shingles. Roof Maxx restores flexibility to qualifying asphalt shingles so the roof can continue doing its job without the cost and disruption of replacement.

ROOF TUNE-UP
Before the Roof Maxx treatment, we assess the parts of the roof that most often cause problems and complete the standard tune-up work needed to prepare a qualifying roof.
Larger repairs, specialty materials or conditions outside a standard tune-up are discussed and priced separately before work begins.
ROOF REPLACEMENT VS. ROOF MAXX
Roof Maxx gives qualifying asphalt roofs another option before replacement becomes necessary.
A tear-off means a major expense, material waste and disruption around your home. Replacement is the right answer when a roof is no longer serviceable, but it should not be the automatic answer for every aging roof.
Roof Maxx can cost up to 80% less than replacement while restoring flexibility and helping qualifying shingles continue to perform. We assess first so you know which path makes sense.
FREE ROOF ASSESSMENT
A roof assessment is the only way to know the roof's condition. We look for age-related wear, leaks and the details that determine whether maintenance, Roof Maxx or replacement is the responsible next step.
Flexibility, granule loss, cracked tabs, missing shingles and visible aging.
Chimneys, walls, valleys, vents, caulking and other vulnerable transitions.
Pipe boots, gaskets, exposed fasteners and common leak points.
Debris, drainage, gutter attachment and conditions that can hold water against the roof.
Black streaks, moss and organic growth that may need professional cleaning.
Approximate age, leak history, repairs and what has changed since the roof was installed.
