Who we are
This site is operated by Domani Restoration, LLC, doing business as Roof Maxx of Wilmington, NC, an authorized Roof Maxx dealer serving New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties in coastal North Carolina.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the assessment request form, call, or text, we collect the information you provide. That typically includes:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Property address
- Anything you write in the message field
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the page or link that referred you. If you arrive through a tagged link (a QR code on a yard sign, for example), we record which link you came from so we know which of our materials people are finding useful.
Information from your property
If you book a Roof Health Assessment, we photograph your roof and record its condition. Those photos and findings become part of your project file.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Contact you about your roof and schedule your assessment
- Prepare your written condition assessment and estimate
- Perform the work you approve and document it
- Maintain warranty records, which run five years and transfer with the property
- Follow up about maintenance your roof may be due for
- Meet our record keeping obligations
We do not sell your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to run the business:
- Service providers. Companies that handle our form submissions, photo documentation, scheduling, customer records, and payment processing. They may only use the information to provide those services to us.
- Roof Maxx Technologies, LLC. As an authorized dealer, we share information necessary to register your treatment and administer your warranty.
- Financing partners. Only if you choose to apply for monthly payment options, and only the information required to process your application.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Calls, texts, and email
By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your roof, your assessment, scheduling, and your project. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove you from phone calls or email, and it does not affect messages necessary to complete work already scheduled.
To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link or email hcain@roofmaxx.com. We will still send messages related to active projects and warranty records.
Photos of your roof
Roof photos and condition findings are kept in your project file and used to prepare your assessment and document the work.
We may use roof photos in our marketing, including on this site and on social media. When we do, we do not publish your name, your street address, or anything else that identifies you or your specific property. If you would rather we not use photos of your roof at all, tell us and we will note it in your file.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep project records, photos, and warranty documentation for the life of the warranty and as long afterward as needed for our records and legal obligations. Warranty coverage runs five years and transfers with the property, so those records outlast the job itself by design.
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period in case you contact us again, and you may ask us to delete them sooner.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can access it and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
- Stop contacting you
- Stop using photos of your roof in marketing

Children
This site is intended for adult homeowners and property decision makers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
